    • 2 X Sub Contractor or Salary.

We offer:

Sub-contractor positions– Billable Hours % rates plus personal subscriptions to our essentials package to ensure NDIS compliance and Quality delivery of Positive Behaviour Support- Please enquire.

Graduate Program- New Graduates in relevant qualified disciplines with a passion for Positive Behaviour Support can join our team and participate in our Graduate Training Program where you will be closely supervised by an experienced PBS Practitioner. After 12 x months in the program- it is expected that you will have developed the capabilities outlined in the PBS Capability Framework- Please enquire.

Salary Part-time and Full-Time– 90k-105k plus super and travel with flexibility and a family friendly work place- Please enquire

To be successful you will have:

• Completed a degree level qualification as an allied health professional
  (Eg. Nursing/OT/Speech/Social Work).
• Experience creating, implementing and reviewing behaviour support plans
• Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist status as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
• A genuine passion for working in the Disability Sector
